We offer a 14-day refund policy on the OTO Fertility wearable, so you can try the device with confidence. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your device to request a refund.
You can initiate your refund request by emailing info@mondayfertility.com at any time during the eligible period.
When your refund request has been confirmed, you will be provided with instructions for returning your hardware. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the initial amount you paid for the OTO Fertility wearable (less any initial shipping charges) back to your original payment method. Your subscription to the OTO Life app will be cancelled and not renewed for a second month.
The refund will be processed within 10 business days of us receiving your return. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we received your return, please contact us at info@mondayfertility.com
